Iberotel Serra Palace - Antalya

We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that added to our relaxation. the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it offered a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We loved being able to enjoy the beautiful beach just a short walk away. the food at the restaurant was delicious, offering a wide variety of cuisines to satisfy our taste buds.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. the language barrier was a bit challenging, as the staff's English skills were limited.

During our stay, we were blown away by the amazing entertainment team at the hotel. They went above and beyond to include both children and adults in all sorts of activities throughout the day. We also enjoyed the wide variety of food and drink options available, with plenty of choices for everyone. the hotel's location was perfect, with beautiful views of the beach and easy access to water sports activities such as jet skiing and parasailing.

That the hotel seemed to cater more towards certain nationalities, which made us feel a bit excluded at times. There were also a few incidents where the staff's limited English proficiency became a language barrier for us, although we understood that the hotel caters to a diverse range of guests.

The location of this hotel is ideal, with a private beach that is very well looked after and offers stunning views. There are also plenty of daytime entertainment options available, such as the beach bar and the various pools, ensuring that guests are never bored. the rooms are spacious and modern, with clean bathrooms and excellent service from the staff. the breakfast spread is varied and delicious, providing something for everyone's taste.

Some guests may find that there are not many nearby shops or restaurants, making it necessary to bring some euros for any extras or snacks they may want throughout their stay.
